Title of Position: Manager Trainee
Job Description: The Manager Trainee supervises day-to-day operations and performance of the team to provide the highest level of customer service for the customer. The Manager Trainee Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution. The Manager Trainee Assists in the hiring of store personnel by reviewing resumes and employment applications, as well as interviewing candidates as well as prepares, manages, and revises weekly schedules to ensure appropriate store staffing levels. The Manager Trainee provides a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics, and maintaining store equipment in proper working order, conducts store inventory counts and complies with all established company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably restaurants
  2. Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction
  3. Must have effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
  4. Ability to establish goals, evaluate and drive performance of self and others as well as the ability to understand and apply management principles concerning budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses
