As the Managing Partner, you will lead our Management Team by creating weekly schedules and delegating responsibilities to restaurant Managers. You will also supervise their performance through weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Your expertise in recruiting and hiring top talent will be put to good use as you review applications and conduct interviews for both Management and Hourly positions. In addition, you will exercise ultimate control over food, labor, and liquor costs while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a GM, MP or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service restaurant
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
• Ability to delegate and lead a team of 100 or more individuals
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
• Extensive knowledge of financials
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of servant leadership principles
• Entrepreneurial spirit
