Multi-unit – General Manager
Fast track to – Area Director
Reston, Virginia.
This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced, full-service General Manager to step into a multi-unit role.
The opportunity will be to oversee two full-service, casual themed concepts.
Requires team development of strong subordinate AGM’s to allow the multi-unit General Manager to balance time between the operations.
Base salary up to $95,000
Full and extensive array of benefits.

Vacation
Development track to Area Director.
Not a late night concept.
This is a senior role.
Experience above $3M annual sales in a casual themed concept is preferred.
Full-service with bar operations.
