Job Title: Multi Unit Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with the Director of Operations and General Manager in managing kitchen staff for the full-service restaurant properties, including hiring, training, and firing when necessary. 

•Plan and implement menus for all full-service properties, ensuring consistent quality control in terms of ingredients, preparation methods, and serving portions. 

•Participate in the development and costing of new operations to maintain profitability and efficiency. 

•Implement and maintain recipes in the system to ensure consistency across all full-service properties. 

•Review and manage food costs on menu items for all full-service properties to maintain financial goals. 

•Periodically inspect and approve maintenance requests or the purchase of new equipment at all full-service properties. 

•Recommend new menu items to the President for approval and/or testing. 

•Provide hands-on training and participate in new development initiatives with the team. 

•Oversee new restaurant design, kitchen layout, and staff setup for newly launched properties.

Qualifications:

•5+ Years Multi-unit Experience

•Culinary degree required

•Strong leadership and management skills

•Excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse personalities

•Tactful, mature, and flexible

•Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time

•Possess good judgement and a reasonable approach to decision making
