Multi-unit General Manager - Managing Partner
Falls Church, Virginia.
This is a unique opportunity to join a privately held multi-concept restaurant company.
Ideal opportunity for an experienced General Manager to step into a multi-unit role.
$110,000 - $125,000 base salary
Equity program worth up to $500,000 over 5 years

This is a senior role, requires exceptional leadership with a background in F&B or restaurant operations.
Single unit at the General Manager level will require $4M+ annual sales experience or multi-unit candidates will be ideal.
No travel!
We will also consider leaders from entertainment venues featuring chef driven F&B operations.
The General Manager/Director will be responsible for all aspects of the operations and provide leadership to the management and culinary team.
An employee base of 100+ team members is expected.
The position is ideal for someone looking to trade up into a different space from traditional restaurant operations.
Candidates that are in a multi-unit role will be considered, no travel, based out of one location.
