Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to uphold the standards of service and hospitality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards.
• Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Knowledge of industry trends, multiple cuisines, market analysis, and competitor activities.
