Key Responsibilities:
Â
As an Operating Partner, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
- Coach, train, and mentor managers and team leaders to foster growth and accountability
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment
- Drive financial performance through budget management, expense control, and sales growth
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent, building a strong, engaged team
- Implement high-impact customer service strategies to elevate the guest experience
- Monitor key operational metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive success
- Execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Area Manager

What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performance team
- Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor, and operations
- Ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and drive results
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service and employee engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred
- Food Safety & Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)

Working Conditions & Travel:
- Full-time, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and operational support
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain automobile liability coverage
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment
