Title of Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description:

As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes leading and directing a team of Unit Managers, Chefs, and staff to ensure efficient and successful operations. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and developing employees to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, monitoring budget and profit goals, and ensuring the facility is safe and functional. Your role as a Restaurant Operations Manager will also involve building relationships with airport officials, partners, and neighboring businesses to promote our restaurant's success. To excel in this role, you will regularly review and analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement and cost control, ensuring the financial health of the restaurant. Engaging with customers to gather feedback and overseeing the resolution of any service issues are critical to maintaining our commitment to guest satisfaction. You’ll manage inventory, order supplies, and liaise with vendors to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Operations Manager must have at least 2 years of experience working as a manager in a full-service restaurant
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices is required for the Restaurant Operations Manager
• The Restaurant Operations Manager must have a minimum of a 2 or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems is required for the Restaurant Operations Manager
