Outlet General Manager - Upscale Hotel, Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet General Manager for our upscale highrise hotel located in the heart of Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our premium dining and bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that matches our luxurious surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale dining and bar outlets, ensuring efficiency, excellent guest service, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels, increase revenue, and drive overall outlet growth.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are maintained consistently.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members to maintain a highly-skilled, motivated, and committed workforce.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage budgets, and financial plans, and control costs without compromising on quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.


  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing upscale dining and bar outlets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on strategic planning, driving revenue, and controlling costs.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market, including customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
