Job Title - Pastry Chef
Job Description: The Pastry Chef will need to have high volume and full-service experience. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. This person must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong knowledge of P&L. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably a culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience as a Pastry Chef for at least 3 to 5 years
  • High end catering experience and vast knowledge of current culinary trends 
  • As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Pastry Chef
  • Must have strong leadership skills and a desire to work with an industry leader.
