Job Title: Pastry Chef

Job Description: The Pastry Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance, and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place. Our Pastry Chef will also maintain a professional and enjoyable atmosphere for the staff. To achieve success as our Pastry Chef a solid understanding of food cost analysis and conducting accurate food inventory is essential.

  • The Pastry Chef Must have a pastry degree or certificate, and with at least 2 years’ experience
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Pastry Chef
