Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager for our restaurant must be a friendly, outgoing, and energetic person who likes a fun-filled, fast-paced work environment. The person in this position must be sharp, detail-oriented, fun, energetic, self-motivated, and be a great problem-solver with competence in basic business functions. Excellent customer service skills are essential! The Restaurant General Manager must have great leadership skills and must be able to motivate a team. The General Manager is the brand ambassador and the face of our restaurant, as a result, must promote and uphold our high standards by maintaining our tried and tested policies and procedures that have led us to our success.

Qualifications:
·        The Restaurant General Manager should be hands-on and always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
·        The Restaurant General Manager must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
·        A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant General Manager
·        A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess
·        This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a QSR Restaurant General Manager
