Position: Pizza Shop Manager

Salary: $62,000 - $88,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per specified recipes

- Roll out and shape dough into pizzas

- Add toppings, cheese, and sauces in appropriate amounts

- Supervise the cooking process to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection

- Safely and efficiently operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment

- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and timely service

- Aid in menu planning and the creation of new pizza flavors or variations

- Manage the front and oversee daily operations

- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards

Experience:

- Prior experience as a Pizza Manager or in a similar capacity is advantageous

- Sound understanding of pizza-making techniques, encompassing dough preparation, stretching, and topping arrangement

- Knowledge of diverse pizza styles, sandwiches, and cooking techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while paying attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order preparation

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper ingredient handling

- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting

Skills:

- Proficiency in ordering, preparation, inventory management, scheduling, and financial acumen

- Competence in food handling procedures and kitchen operations
