Production Chef - Executive Chef
The head chef will be fully responsible for managing all kitchen production as well as work closely with packaging manager to produce the best and highest quality delivered meals in Chicago:
Experience in big batch cooking
Previous Kitchen Management
Knowledgeable in ordering/ receiving fresh products from multiple vendors
Must be able to lead the kitchen team, teaching recipes and ensuring the quality of all prepared food items
Ability to follow recipes and scale according to production numbers
Basic Computer skills such as (Excell, Word, Company website, etc)
Ordering all food-related products based on the weekly menus
Hire, Train and Manage the kitchen team
Work Closely with our Corporate Culinary Team in the US for support and training
Follow Company Recipes and train line cooks on proper production techniques responsible for the maintenance of the kitchen and overall facility
Scheduling staff, creating cleaning and production lists, etc
