We're opening a new restaurant in Columbia, SC and are on the hunt for a dynamic Quick Serve General Manager to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our journey from the very beginning. If you've got a knack for creating unforgettable dining experiences and love the fast-paced world of quick service restaurants, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement policies and protocols that maintain future restaurant operations.
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the quick service restaurant industry.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
- Strong knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
