Quick Serve Restaurant General Manager
Job Description
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Set the standard for outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and friendly service.
- Financial Performance: Drive profitability by monitoring and controlling costs, maximizing sales, and consistently achieving financial targets.
- Staff Development: Train and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role within the quick-serve or fast-food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
