Job Description
Job Description: The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from site selection through design and construction to project closeout. The Real Estate Project Manager will assist the Director of Real Estate & Construction and manage corporate facility maintenance. They will attend and document all department meetings and create presentations using PowerPoint for proposed site analysis by franchisees. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Earth Pro for tracking and updating territories. They review documents like Letters of Intent and Leases to ensure compliance with corporate standards and guide franchisees through the site search and lease execution process. Additionally, they analyze new market areas for development, coordinate weekly calls with franchisees, and assist the Construction Department with value engineering and project models. The manager works closely with franchisees to develop effective timelines and uses tools like Franconnect and Kalibrate for data analysis and project management. They also create economic analysis reports and assist the Director with real estate and financial analysis, coordinating deal progress to ensure timely delivery of proposals.

- The Real Estate Project Manager must have 3-5 years of experience with restaurant franchise models relating to Real Estate selection, site analysis, and related responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required for the Real Estate Project Manager
- The Real Estate Project Manager must be able to create presentations using PowerPoint and analyze proposed site submittals by franchisees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and data analytical tools like Kalibrate is required for the Real Estate Project Manager
- The Real Estate Project Manager must have the ability to Concisely explain an analysis for a task and present it to the Director and Chief Development Officer
