Job Description:
As the Regional Manager/District Coach for our child-oriented pizza chain, you will oversee multiple restaurants in the Quad Cities area of Iowa. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff to uphold our high standards of food quality and exceptional service while also meeting budgetary goals. Another key duty is developing and implementing regional marketing strategies to attract families and enhance brand loyalty. You will regularly conduct restaurant inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs to maximize profitability. Community relations will also be a crucial part of your role as you engage with local organizations and attend events on behalf of our brand. As the Regional Manager, you will regularly analyze performance metrics and collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in regional supervisory management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences for families
- Familiarity with pizza production and child-oriented menu development is a plus

After many years on the road, Marty and his wife, Jill, settled in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where they are enjoying the life of empty nesters. He enjoys trips to see his grandson in the St Louis area and helps his wife at Fine Arts and Craft Shows to support her stained-glass business.
Since leaving operations Marty has much more time to devote to many activities with his synagogue and home improvement projects. He is a lifetime Red Cross Blood Donor (over 80 pints donated so far) and regularly volunteers his cooking skills for charitable events.
