Title of Position: Resort Assistant Manager
Â
Compensation: $65k to $69k plus relocation assistance and temporary (30 days) housing.

Job Responsibilities: The Resort Assistant Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing multiple different areas of the resort. As our Resort Assistant Manager your duties will include but not be limited to overseeing daily operation of the entire establishment, team members, facilities, front desk operations, arrivals and departures, and other areas as needed. Our Resort Assistant Manager must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, coaching, developing, mentoring, managing, and leading their team. The Resort Assistant Manager will advocate for their team members while also maintaining high guest satisfaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications:
·        It is preferred that the Resort Assistant Manager has a college degree, while a high school diploma is a minimum requirement
·        Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Resort Assistant Manager
·        The Resort Assistant Manager must have the ability to compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way to ensure effective communications
·        The Resort Assistant Manager must have previous hotel management experience
·        The Resort Assistant Manager should be able to thrive while overseeing multiple departments simultaneously
