Restaurant / Hotel Night Manager

Our property is the largest hotel & conference center in the state of Vermont featuring 309 guest rooms and over 30,000 square feet of ballroom & meeting facilities and two restaurants.  Our experienced and growing management team is seeking experienced candidates to lead the Food & Beverage PM operation as a Restaurant Night Manager. 

The Role

The Restaurant / Hotel Night Manager will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and employee satisfaction. The position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to effectively deal with other members of the management team, guests and employees.  The position provides management support in the evening hours to associates working in the front office, housekeeping, maintenance and security departments, with primary responsibilities for the evening restaurant and bar operations.  Work hours would be in the 4pm to 1am range 5 nights a week.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of five years hotel / restaurant supervisory experience with a minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager.
  • Must have strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong guest focus is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Computer skills including PMS and POS systems.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.

Salary - $55K - $65K + Excellent Benefits Package
