Salary up to 70k

As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and guests leave with unforgettable experiences.


Responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager include:

  1. Coordinating daily operations in our restaurant as the Restaurant Manager.
  2. As the Restaurant l Manager, deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints in your role as Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
  4. Regularly appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
  5. In your role as Restaurant Manager, oversee and maintain an efficient seating method.
  6. Acting as the liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house staff as the Restaurant Manager.
  7. Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in your capacity as Restaurant Manager.
  8. As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, ensure food & beverage menus are up-to-date.
  9. Adhere to SOPs for cash banks, cash handling, and nightly deposits.
  10. Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  11. Recommending ways to reach a broader audience (e.g., discounts and social media ads).


To qualify for the Restaurant Manager position, you must have the following:

  1. At least two (2) years of experience in a restaurant supervisor/manager position.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  4. Working knowledge of POS systems; Aloha is preferred.
  5. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Ability to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  7. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
