Assistant General Manager - Fast Casual Concept
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join their fast-casual restaurant concept. Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences
Oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Manage inventory and order supplies
Monitor and achieve financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profitability
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement plans for business growth
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager, with experience in fast-casual concepts preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Experience with restaurant technologies including POS systems and scheduling software
