Job Description
Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Implement and uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage employee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and inventory of supplies.
- Handle cash management, daily financial reporting, and setting financial objectives.
- Ensure high-quality standards for food preparation and service.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial aspects.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
