Your Role:
- Maintain and enforce all operational systems, standards, routines, and recipes.
- Manage inventory and production to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in achieving the General Manager's daily objectives.
- Boost team productivity and morale.
- Drive recruitment efforts to build a strong team.
- Elevate guest experiences to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards.
Ideal Qualities:
- At least 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management.
