About the Role
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and driving team success. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and productive atmosphere for team members and guests alike. This position is based in beautiful Charleston, SC, offering an exciting opportunity to work in one of the region’s most vibrant markets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
