Title of Position: Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor
Job Description: The Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor will be responsible for the operation and success of multiple restaurant locations. Ensuring excellent product quality in addition to absolute guest satisfaction will be priority as the Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor. This position requires excellent communication and team building abilities. Our Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor is expected to be proactive in his/her restaurants to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state regulations. Leading by example and acting as a role model to the staff and management team is essential as our Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor. As the Restaurant Area Director/Supervisor, you will also be responsible for developing the management team and ensuring the integrity and financial success of the district locations. This position will require customer interaction and travel on a regular basis.
