Job Description: Along with overseeing the front of house and taking care of our Guests, the Restaurant Assistant General Manager will need to bring top Management skills and an accessible approach to the team in order to support your restaurant’s hiring and development. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have a contagious enthusiasm for our product as it's your responsibility to motivate your Team Members. The right Restaurant Assistant General Manager candidate will be held accountable for the effective scheduling and planning of 20-30 hourly Team Members, as well as for maintaining a clean and professional environment. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will report to the General Manager, and will also be held accountable for writing up the end-of-shift reports covering daily labor, food control, and sales, using Guest feedback to evaluate their service so they stay faithful, ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, as well as Company and local health and safety codes and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service or Fast Casual Concept
• High volume background – must have restaurant manager experience in establishments doing $2 million per year in sales
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant assistant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&Ls, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
