Title of Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Job Description: As an Assistant General Manager your responsibilities would include assisting the General Manager with the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house. As AGM, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.
