As the Assistant Coach on our management team, you will lead the offense on crafting legendary experiences for our guests. From cooking up HOT teamwork techniques to masterfully coaching consistently executed processes & procedural game plays, your goal will be to ensure our restaurant is always at the top of its flavor game, providing a winning experience for your guests and team. You'll lead and inspire your team members through outstanding performance, mouthwatering engagement, and delicious training initiatives. Your voice will be heard as you cheer on and lead your team to a win during each service.

If you can support a strong game plan and cook up an audible in the kitchen or on the service floor, we're always on the lookout for Coaches with experience in top service and culinary leadership to spice things up. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

·        2 + years of management experience with a background in the food industry, preferably in a Full Service, Casual Style restaurant concept.

·        Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, responsible alcohol service, and computer operations.

·        Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for training and developing your team.

·        The ability to schedule, assist with ordering & inventory and be familiar with Profit & Loss statements.
