As the Assistant General Manager, you'll play an instrumental role in shaping our brand and cultivating our unique dining experience in Prescott, AZ. You'll lead from the front, managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic plans and financial opportunities while also ensuring our high-quality service standards are met. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing staff towards achieving business objectives.

• Creating a positive workplace environment embodying our company culture.

• Establishing open communication with staff and setting guest service level expectations.

• Developing strategic plans, establishing budgets, and identifying financial opportunities.

• Ensuring maintenance of our quality service by enforcing organization standards.

• Staying updated professionally and contributing to team efforts.
