Title of Position – Assistant General Manager
Job Description: Our Assistant General Manager will oversee all operations of the facility, providing overall leadership, direction and focus on tactical initiatives and operating specifications to progressively affect business results. Assistant General Manager will be adaptable, flexible, have general enthusiasm for the industry of hospitality, will take the initiative and be a strategic thinker. The Assistant General Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff. The Assistant General Manager must always act as a positive role model and will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s finances, inventory control and showing positive guest counts. The Assistant General Manager reports and works directly with the General Manager.

Qualifications:
· The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of 3-5 years
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant General Manager
· The Assistant General Manager must be comfortable with varying hours based on level of business, parties, and sporting events
· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Assistant General Manager
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Assistant General Manager
· The Assistant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
