Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager your responsibilities will include the overall performance of your restaurant while working alongside and collaborating with the General Manager, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house. As Restaurant Assistant General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Our management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
