Title of Position: Assistant General Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager's primary responsibility is the overall kitchen & food operations. The Assistant General Manager will manage the food ordering and production of our scratch kitchen while using proper production forecasting, product handling and cooking techniques. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also make sure all standards are upheld: the food looks good and is made properly, the portions are correct, and line execution is quick.

Qualifications:
- Should have 3 plus years Restaurant Management experience
- Should have High Volume, Fast Paced Environment Experience
- Should have Casual Theme/Full-Service or Buffet Restaurant Experience
- Should have a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or another related field is preferred
- Should have superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Should be able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team
