Restaurant Assistant General Manager- Fine Dining, Industry Leader

Job Description
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to operational standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote special events and seasonal offerings.
- Support the General Manager in budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proven ability to analyze financial performance and implement effective cost-control measures.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and wine pairing.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
