Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will demonstrate leadership and expertise in all areas of restaurant management areas and be responsible for all restaurant operations, including managing an average $3.8 million in annual sales. The Assistant General Manager will oversee 3 to 4 specialty managers and more than 75 employees. This person will model and demonstrate leadership grounded in our Core Values. Successful performance is measured by constant delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures from the perspective of our stakeholders. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results leadership.

Qualifications:
  1. The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
  2. A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant General Manager
  3. The Assistant General Manager must care about working for an ethical, environmentally focused company (we are a certified B-Corp!)
  4. The Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  5. The Assistant General Manager must have an entrepreneurial and hardworking work ethic with the passion and dedication to play a vital role in a high-growth restaurant group
