Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager plays an essential role and ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during their shift. The person in this position would have the financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis; would also coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smooth operation. Our Manager encourages and assists in continuing the growth and development of all team members and would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Those summers taught her the value of hard work which advanced her career with the Houlihan’s Company and T.G.I. Friday’s where she spent 17 great years. Cindi’s restaurant management background, her extensive administrative experience and her love of helping others makes her a great fit for Gecko Hospitality. She previously spent 5 years with Gecko’s New York office and is currently supporting our Indiana and South Texas territories.
In Cindi’s spare time, you can find her enjoying time with her better half, her daughter and a great group of lifelong friends or running her small home based business and mentoring other women to become successful business owners themselves.
