Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Managers is to follow our policies and procedures. Some of the principal areas the Assistant General Manager focus on: identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, and taking part in personal decisions concerning the restaurant team, leading by example and being a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture. The Assistant General Manager will write schedules meeting the requirements of the business so a great customer experience is delivered. This is done while maintaining financial responsibility, building sales and helping manage the restaurant’s budget.
