We're in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our upscale casual brand restaurant in Charlotte, NC. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can inspire a team to achieve their goals.
As our AGM, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, fostering a positive atmosphere for our guests and staff, developing and training our team, and overseeing financial performance. We're seeking a leader who is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.
