Title of Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be expected to operate a well-managed, clean and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The Assistant Kitchen Manager in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation and quality. The Assistant Kitchen Manager must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales and guest counts.
