Title of Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
Job Description:
The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for the back of the house and all of its functions. The person will direct the activities of the hourly employees assuring cleanliness and sanitation, implement purchasing and cost controls, and follow up with corrective action when needed. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will ensure made from scratch food is made to specification and will perform and administrative and accounting duties according to company policy. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will impact these responsibility areas through the use of coaching, feedback and developmental skills, by providing vision and leadership to the back of the house staff.

  • The Assistant Kitchen Manager should posses 2+ years of high volume kitchen management experience
