Title of Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description: The right Assistant Manager for our Company must be a friendly, outgoing, and energetic. The Assistant Manager in this position will need to be sharp, detail oriented, fun, self-motivated and be a great problem-solver with expertise in basic business functions. The Assistant Manager will help oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Excellent customer service skills are essential as a priority of the Assistant Manager will be to resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant Manager must have great leadership skills must be able to motivate a team. The Assistant Manager is the brand ambassador and face of our company, therefore, must promote and live our high standards by maintaining our tried and tested policies and procedures which have led us to our success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of similar experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Must understand restaurant safety guidelines, inventory and scheduling.
