Assistant Manager
Salary: Up to $60,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Operational Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and meet financial objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage ordering and stock control.
- Customer Relations: Handle feedback and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment & Training: Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Support GM: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reservations, computer systems, and applications relevant to the industry.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to upholding high standards.
