Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
• Staff Management: Motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Operational Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and meet financial objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Manage ordering and stock control.
• Customer Relations: Handle feedback and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruitment & Training: Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Support GM: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reservations, computer systems, and applications relevant to the industry.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to upholding high standards.
