Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Manager will help follow through with all operational goals and company projects. This person must provide direction and perspective to the staff and always support our mission and principles. The Assistant Manager will be expected to be involved in weekly meetings with the management team, reviewing weekly/monthly P&L statements and work with the management team in order to develop action plans to increase sales and control costs.

Qualifications:

  • Open availability is a requirement for the Assistant Manager
  • Trust, Honesty, Integrity, and true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant Manager
  • A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Assistant Manager
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant Manager
  • High Volume experience of 3+ years as an Assistant Manager is a must for this position
