Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will work as a member of the restaurant management team overseeing planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the restaurant while abiding by the company’s absolutes; strong leadership, embracing our people culture, always serving remarkable food and fantastic beverages, creating the perfect experience, maintain a sanitary, safe, and spotlessly clean restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will assess the staff, recruiting staff members, training, developing and acting as a support system for all areas of the restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times and will make certain that the highest quality levels of products and hospitality are being met.
