Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager helps direct the daily operations of our establishments. The person in this position would oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our Restaurant Manager will play a major role with recruiting; interviewing and hiring outstanding team members along with their retention. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for conducting performance appraisals while motivating team members to their fullest potential.

Qualifications
· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
· The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager
· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
· The Restaurant Manager should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times

After 14 years with Bob Evans and 14 years with Applebee’s, Tom has spent the last 4 years as Senior Executive with a large Taco Bell and IHOP Franchise group with over 250 locations.
