Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Manager is to follow our policies and procedures. Some of the principal areas of focus are: identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, and taking part in personal decisions concerning the restaurant team, and leading by example and being a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture. The Assistant Manager will write schedules to meet the requirements of the business to ensure a great customer experience is delivered. This is done while maintaining financial responsibility, building sales and helping manage the restaurant’s budget. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to, maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant and ensuring employees are paid properly, receive appropriate benefits, and are prepared for additional career opportunities.

- High volume experience of 3+ years as an Assistant Manager is a must for this position
