Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Assistant Manager must possess
- Must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- Strong Back of House experience a plus
