Title of Position - Assistant Manager

Job Description: Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will do a lot more than just run daily shifts. A large part of our Assistant Manager position includes recruiting, training, developing and maintaining a professional staff that will subsequently be responsible for exceptional customer service and will themselves become brand ambassadors for our company, promoting the values of our concept.  It will be the Assistant Manager, alongside the General Manager who establishes the precedent starting from the top down as our brand ambassador. The person in this position will also be responsible for all administrative and financial responsibilities delegated by the General Manager.
