Job Description
Job Description: Our Corporate Training Manager is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of our restaurant workforce. This person will oversee, develop, and lead training program(s) and a team of trainers that take ownership of Team Member training and development and produce a high-performance team. He/she will manage and maintain a training tracking system and hold employee/franchisee accountable to updating as they train, as well as support team members by overseeing all matters related to training, onboarding, offboarding, coaching, mentoring, feedback, employee care and employer branding. The training manager will work closely with the Operations Directors to proactively mitigate risk, as well as respond to any HR-related legal issues. (Unemployment claims, etc.)

- 4+ years of field training experience within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Experience working with franchises is a plus
- Detail oriented, analytical, and thinking outside the box mentality
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs
- Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
