We're seeking a dynamic and accomplished individual to join our team as the Restaurant Director of Operations for the DC and Northern Virginia markets.About Us: We are a privately owned company with significant investment capital, poised for nationwide expansion. Our proven concept has generated annual revenues ranging from $10M to $20M, and we're ready to take it to the next level.
Role Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in the fast-casual segment
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving high-revenue growth
- High energy and a "Can do" attitude
